Terms and conditions
We endeavor to run our appointments on time. Please ensure you arrive
5 minutes before your scheduled start time. Regretfully late arrival will
constitute reduced treatment time but will be charged at the full rate.
CANCELLATIONS: We understand that life presents unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending your appointment. In the event of an appointment alteration or cancellation, we ask that you please provide us with a minimum of 12hrs notice to give us the opportunity to fill the allocated time. Less than 12hrs notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee being charged.
NO SHOWS: Not turning up for your appointment without any prior notice will be charged at 50% of treatment cost. If on more than one occasion you have not shown for your appointment a full payment will be required prior, to secure your booking.
GIFT VOUCHERS: May not be exchanged for cash and must be used within expiry date issued (six months) No Show appointments unfortunately forfeit their voucher.
